Sew What's Crafty Competitions

The Sew What's Crafty Expo is a great opportunity for local crafters to display their work. We aimed to spice up this year's categories to allow for a wider pool of entries.

Adult's Competitions

Sewing:

· A Bag for all Occasions 

         ~ Make a bag—all techniques welcomed.

         PRIZE: Home Sweet Home voucher (valued at $50)

· 12” Quilters’ Block 

         ~ Be creative with a 12” finished block. You can embroider, quilt, screen print, bedazzle or applique your  block.  With entries submitted the Bundaberg Christian College P&F kindly ask if your entry could be donated to be used to make quilts for overseas  Missions.

  PRIZE: Day Tour to Eumundi Markets and Sunshine Plaza from Bundaberg Coach Tours (valued at $60)

Scrapbooking:

· Australian Flora and Fauna incorporating “Year of the Farmer”

            ~ your page should incorporate the theme “Australian Flora and Fauna”

  PRIZE:  Bella by Fynmark Scrapbooking pack (valued at $50)

Children’s Competitions

Paddle Pop Art:    - 4 to 6 years    AND    - 7 to 12 years

   ~ Create a piece of artwork using Paddle Pop Sticks.

   PRIZE: 4to 6 years:  4 x Ultimate Deal at Bundy Bowl & Leisure (valued at $100)

   PRIZE: 7 to 12 years:  1 x 20 minute GoKart ride plus a daily entry into the Water

      Slide at Coral Isles Karts and Water Park (valued at $45)

Create a Critter:    - 13 to 18 years

    ~ hand stitch or machine stitch your very own critter. 

        NO patterns allowed—make your own pattern.

  PRIZE: 1 hour Limousine ride by Bundaberg Limousines (valued at $140)

Children’s Scrapbooking:

   ~ This entry can be based on any subject

 PRIZE: $50 voucher from Dymocks Booksellers Bundaberg
